possessions in March I bought at Aldi the headphones, or headset. After two months it is unfortunately broke down ... and now? Have brought out the warranty card (warranty is 36 months) and written an e-mail.
surprising way in two hours I get the answer. I was asked to throw away the old headset and it will get a new one. Without any receipts and a model that I guarantee, or send back the broken part. So, it's Super Service!
