Department of Educational and Cultural Affairs with the active administration International Research and Exchanges Board, IREX provides scholarships to citizens of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Russian Federation, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Ukraine and Uzbekistan, with higher education to get a master's degree from a university USA.
duration of the program - up to 2 years.
Fellows develop their own project to support the local community and are professionalnyyu internship after graduation.
